hybrid-jazz psychedelic journey
Two Thou's hybrid jazz experiment, Oraculu, a psychedelic journey where machines, drums, voice, and horns converge in a soul-sparking performance—expect to oscillate.
Oraculu is a function that starts slow and spiritual, but ends in movement and catharsis. It's a ritual performance, rooted in improvisation and jazz but unbound by it—fuelled by invention, soul, and dance-floor instincts.
Live Show
The band can play a very mellow, soft, hypnotizing, and mantric sound—almost reaching a meditative state. From here, the sound spins into wider and wider circles, filling the space with energy and touching danceable moments.
The contrast between electronic and acoustic elements is central, with Monica's voice, the horn, and the synths weaving together endlessly, while deep spiritual beats and bass keep the frame firm.
Although stable in sound, this is a highly mutable act that shifts with the energy of the room. This is music from the heart—focused, grounding, and leaving people full.
